One in two people feel alone and of these people their mortality is set to be 8 years shorter than their connected counterparts. We want to reverse the decline and reconnect 1 Million people by 2028.

Three decades of declining empathy levels, skyrocketing levels of burnout, 75% of people claiming disengagement from work and a loneliness epidemic have left us disheartened, disengaged and suffering from a void of innovation & connection. The value of this is equal to 9% of global GDP, or 9 trillion dollars, in lost productivity.

How Mimi helps organisations

I work personally with my clients to create experiential and immersive sessions that are curated to spark a change-making mindset in their leaders and teams. Whether it is online or in-person I bring depths of passion, data and experiences to the fore to ensure every guest takes away a personal, as well as organisational, pull to change. All my sessions are designed as live reconnection experiences (and never simply a ''module' or standard 'workshop') given my vision is to help shift how leaders think, feel, and lead in today’s complex times.
